1. Click “Choose file” and select the PDF report.
  2. Title it with the customer’s name and add an optional internal note
  3. Click “Upload”, and the page will refresh shortly
  4. Click on the uploaded report.
  5. In the popup, type in the customer’s email address. If the customer’s email exists in the database, the email will appear above “Share with others”. If not, ask the customer to screenshot their email as it appears in the online clinic home page, then share it with the correct email.
  6. Upon successful sharing, the customer can access the report from the online clinic home page.

Note: Right now only 1 file can be shared per user, so be sure to merge everything into one PDF before uploading.
